KeepInContact strictly prohibits transmission of unauthorized broadcasts, deceptive content, or unverified recipient contact records. Subscribers must maintain explicit consent documentation for every phone number added to message notification groups.

Platform Delivery

SMS Delivery & System Availability

Mobile carriers process automated text notifications subject to network availability. Standard message rates apply to recipient carriers, and organizations must honor all automated member opt-out requests immediately upon receipt.

For His Glory Distributors LLC reserves the right to perform scheduled application updates, refine delivery features, or temporarily pause service channels to preserve platform security, network stability, and regulatory compliance.
